Day 2: Paro

After breakfast, hike to Taktsang Monastery. Overnight halt in the hotel.
Day 3: Paro - Thimphu
Thursday, November 20, 2025 - Friday, November 21, 2025
Walking tour and sightseeing. Evening, drive to Thimphu (about 1 hr 30 m drive). On arrival, transfer to hotel for overnight halt.
Day 4: Thimphu
Friday, November 21, 2025 - Saturday, November 22, 2025
Full day Thimphu sightseeing visit the Textile Museum, the Folk Heritage Museum,the Trashichho Dzong, the National Memorial Chorten(a stupa dedicated to the third king of Bhutan). Overnight halt in the hotel.
Day 5: Thimphu
Saturday, November 22, 2025 - Sunday, November 23, 2025
After breakfast walking tour around Thimphu and sightseeing. Enjoy the vegetable market, a colourful market full of local produce and handicrafts. Buddhists can visit numerous monasteries around the valley as well as a vibrant nunnery. Over night stay at hotel.
Day 6: Thimphu - Punakha
Sunday, November 23, 2025 - Monday, November 24, 2025
After breakfast, drive to Punakha and Wangdue (about 2 hrs drive). Enroute, halt at Dochula pass (10500 feet) to see the spectacular view of snow capped eastern Himalayan Mountains, if the weather is clear. After lunch, short walk and sightseeing. Overnight halt in the hotel.
Day 7: Punakha - Trongsa
Monday, November 24, 2025 - Tuesday, November 25, 2025
Walking tour and sightseeing in Punakha. After lunch, drive to Trongsa (about 4 hrs drive) and upon arrival transfer to hotel for overnight halt.
Day 8: Trongsa - Bumthang
Tuesday, November 25, 2025 - Wednesday, November 26, 2025
Morning visit Trongsa Dzong and Ta Dzong. After lunch drive to Bumthang (about 2 hrs drive) and on arrival transfer to hotel for overnight halt.
Day 9: Bumthang
Wednesday, November 26, 2025 - Thursday, November 27, 2025
Short walk and sightseeing in Bumthang. Evening, stroll through villages and town. Overnight halt in the hotel.
Day 10: Bumthang
Thursday, November 27, 2025 - Friday, November 28, 2025
Morning, drive to Ura village. Walk around the beautiful farmlands of Ura village, exploring rural life of medieval age. Overnight halt in the hotel.
Day 11: Bumthang - Punakha
Friday, November 28, 2025 - Saturday, November 29, 2025
After breakfast drive to Punakha,(about 6 hrs drive), enroute visit Gangtey Gompa at Phobjikha. Overnight halt in the hotel.
Day 12: Punakha - Paro
Saturday, November 29, 2025 - Sunday, November 30, 2025
Morning, drive to Paro (about 3hrs 20 m drive). Upon arrival, check into hotel for overnight. Evening, take a leisurely walk through Paro town.
